As part of our business development team, you will be responsible for analysing market potential and accurately preparing complex legal and formal documents. We are looking for an inquisitive individual who can make a tangible impact on our company's success with their perfectionism and negotiating skills.
1. Detail-oriented
You have the ability to quickly and comprehensively understand complex legal texts, work with attention to detail and have an eye for aesthetics and design.
2. Teamplayer
You have initial experience in business development or controlling, enjoy working in dynamic teams and are willing to take on responsibility.
3. Negotiation skills
You are a confident negotiator, understand the needs of various stakeholders and can act accordingly.
4. Language skills
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
5. Tech affinity
You are interested in sales and marketing and are willing to try out new digital tools.
What you will be doing
Bid- & Tender-Management
You will find relevant job advertisements and coordinate the entire process, from checking deadlines to preparing formal documents such as CVs and references to providing technical input.
Business Operations & Brand Visibility
You will support us in the areas of accounting and controlling, organise events to strengthen customer loyalty, and increase the visibility of our brand on social media.
Sales & Lead-Generation
You will actively search for new customers, identify new leads through market analysis, participate in sales meetings, and maintain leads via CRM and LinkedIn.

Meet your new workplace.
At & you'll usually start your working day between 8 and 10 am. On many days you can work wherever you want, but at least on Wednesday, all employees meet at our Campus at 1090 Vienna. We got you covered with the amenities of a modern office, including two rooftop terraces, a large BBQ, and a fridge filled with cold drinks. Once a month, on a Wednesday, we'll have an expanded breakfast and share knowledge about a certain topic at our amptalk. On another Wednesday, there's a team update, followed by a voluntary gathering with food and drinks. On top of that, expect off-sites, company-building workshops, and a lot of touchpoints to the Austrian startup scene.
