Our hiring process.

The first step is simple: Apply for a position by telling us about yourself and what you’re looking for next. Our People Operations Team carefully reviews every application. If we see a strong match, we will reach out to schedule the next steps.  

We will set up an informal introductory call to discuss your interests, expectations, and what you’re looking for. At the same time, we will give you insights into how we work at &amp. This helps both sides decide whether moving forward makes sense. We want you to feel comfortable right from the start.

We take time to get to know you. Our interviews start with a casual conversation and continue with case studies where we solve problems together. It’s a chance for you to learn from our team and for us to see how you approach challenges and think critically. We care about how you work and think—not your ability to speed through a generic coding test.

Open and honest feedback is part of our culture. We always provide it, regardless of the result of the technical interview. We will get back to you within a week with clear, constructive feedback to help you support your professional growth.

If it feels right on both sides, we will call you with a verbal offer, followed up with your contract. Even if we don’t move forward together, we will still take the time to share transparent feedback to help you improve.

Once you have accepted the offer, your journey at &amp begins. During the onboarding phase, you will be supported by your personal buddy and your team, helping you settle in, understand our ways of working, and feel confident in your role from day one.
