What Our Workation Looks Like

The most meaningful “coaching” doesn’t happen in meetings. It happens over long dinners, shared walks, and everyday moments in a new place. No slides, no forced icebreakers - just honest conversations between peers, sharing life stories and career journeys as they naturally unfold.
