Junior Sales Manager
Do you enjoy sales, love connecting with people, and get excited about closing successful deals? Then you’re exactly where you belong! Join us as a Junior Sales Manager at &!
What we are looking for
As a Junior Sales Manager, you enjoy winning new customers and building long-term relationships. You work in a structured way, take ownership of your sales pipeline, and are eager to continuously grow your skills in sales and the world of software development.
1. Structured & reliable
Even when dealing with longer sales cycles, tenders, and multiple opportunities, you keep track of everything and approach your tasks with consistency and reliability.
2. Teamplayer
You thrive in dynamic team environments, take ownership, and excel through strong communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Eager to learn
You are eager to continuously develop your skills and knowledge, and ask the right questions. You don’t wait for leads to come your way – you proactively reach out to potential customers and take an active role in shaping your area of responsibility.
4. Detail-oriented
You pay close attention to details and take a structured approach to your work, keeping track of multiple deadlines.
5. Qualified
You have some initial experience in B2B sales, customer consulting, or business development – or you’re transitioning from another field with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales. You have excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as good English skills.
What you will be doing
Bid & Tender Management
Manage the entire tender process – from identifying relevant opportunities and analyzing requirements to coordinating inputs and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. You are the driving force behind every successful bid.
Sales & Business Development Support
Support our Business Development team in evaluating new opportunities, analysing tenders, and actively contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
Act as the link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and building strong, long-term relationships.
Your career path.

On another Wednesday, there's a team update, followed by a voluntary gathering with food and drinks. On top of that, expect off-sites, company-building workshops, and a lot of touchpoints to the Austrian startup scene.

We take our time to get to know your best self.
Our hiring process is nothing like you've seen before.
We take our time to get to know you in a casual setting and then proceed to solve problems together in workshops. We care about your personality just as much as we care about your technical skills.
No matter the outcome, we'll always give you feedback and help you improve after your interview. Even if we aren't a fit.
