What we are looking for
As a Bid Manager, you take ownership of the entire tender process – from understanding requirements and coordinating inputs to creating compelling proposals and ensuring successful submissions. You bring structure, clarity, and precision to every opportunity we pursue.

5. Qualified
You have completed your studies in a relevant field and bring at least 2 years of experience in Tender or Bid Management and understand what it takes to create successful proposals.
You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills, allowing you to create precise and compelling tender documents.
What you will be doing
Bid & Tender Management
Manage the entire tender process – from identifying relevant opportunities and analyzing requirements to coordinating inputs and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. You are the driving force behind every successful bid.
Sales & Business Development Support
Support our Business Development team in evaluating new opportunities, analysing tenders, and actively contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
Act as the link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and building strong, long-term relationships.
