What we are looking for
You’ll be working in one of our teams consisting of Software and Requirements Engineers. Most of our teams are responsible for a single client and multiple software products. As a Business Analyst, you are part of every step in the process of managing large-scale software products.
1. Qualified
You have completed your studies in a relevant field and bring at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role such as Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer or a similar analytical role. You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills.
2. Analytical thinking
You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret and synthesize complex data from various sources.
3. Teamplayer
You thrive in dynamic team environments and are eager to take ownership. You combine strong organizational skills with clear communication and a collaborative mindset – working closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Strong communication skills
You feel comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholder You can facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.

5. Tech afinity
You are interested in software development and modern technologies and can act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
What you will be doing
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Documentation
Conduct through analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Project Preparation and Planning
Support the creation of project plans, timelines, and milestones, while tracking progress to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Collaboration
You analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows and work closely with our customers to identify opportunities for optimization and further development.
