Mid/Senior Business Analyst - Banking

What we are looking for
You’ll be working in one of our teams consisting of Software and Requirements Engineers. Most of our teams are responsible for a single client and multiple software products.
In your role as a Mid/Senior Business Analyst, you contribute across the full lifecycle of requirements and project delivery, while also driving the ongoing development of a complex banking platform.

4. Banking & Financial Sector Experience
You bring extensive professional experience in the financial sector, along with a strong understanding of banking operations, particularly in accounting, credit risk management, and regulatory reporting.
5. Qualified
You have completed your studies in a relevant field and bring at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Consultant-ideally within banking IT or financial transformation.
What you will be doing
Project Planning & Process Analysis
Support the creation of project plans, timelines, and milestones, while tracking progress to ensure timely delivery. Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Business Requirements & Documentation
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Team
Collaboration
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment, gathering requirements, and supporting smooth project execution.
