What we are looking for
As a Power Platform Engineer, you'll help organizations transform the way they work by building intuitive business applications and automating processes. From gathering requirements to delivering production-ready solutions, you'll play an active role throughout the entire project lifecycle.
1. Qualified
You have 2 years of work experience or have finished studies in a related field (banking, financial, or otherwise regulated environment). You have excellent written and spoken English skills.

2. Techncial foundation
You understand data models, APIs, and connectors, and you are not afraid of pro-code (Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, some C#) or integrations with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
3. Eager to learn
You are curious about new technologies and motivated to continuously expand your skills.
4. Problem-solving & ownership
You like understanding complex challenges, asking the right questions, and turning business needs into practical solutions.

What you will be doing
Build digital solutions with Power Platform
You develop tailored Power Platform solutions – from understanding requirements and designing data models to automation, implementation, and production rollout.
Connect systems & automate processes
You integrate the Power Platform with existing systems like Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and REST APIs to create efficient and scalable solutions.
Ensure quality & establish standards
You create maintainable solutions with clean ALM practices, security, and governance in mind while helping shape Power Platform standards at & and with our clients.
